邀请函 | 北京师范大学120周年校庆系列活动：中国文化国际传播研究院第13届年会“文艺与国家形象的建构传播”国际论坛

尊敬的先生/女士：

北京师范大学中国文化国际传播研究院第13届年会论坛，将于2022年11月25日（周五）在北京师范大学举行。我们诚挚地邀请您出席讨论，为中国文化的国际传播献策助力。

一、大会主题与分论题

本年度大会总主题：文艺与国家形象的建构传播

本年度参考但不限于此的分论题包括：

1.中国文化审美旨趣中的天下情怀

2.当代中国价值观念的有效传播

3.全人类共同价值追求的艺术反映

4.中国变革与中国精神的文艺表达

5.中华民族文化辨识度的提升路径

欢迎您结合自己的研究领域，选择其他有价值的相关题目参与讨论。提交的论文择优收录“第三极文化”论丛或推荐给相应学术期刊发表。

二、会议时间、地点

参会者于11月25日早8：00——8：40直接在会场签到。本次会议无会费，相关费用自理。

会议地点：中国 北京 北京师范大学京师学堂（提前预定）

会议时间：2022年11月25日（周五）

会议语言：中文、英语（届时有同声传译）

三、征文截止时间与要求

1.征稿进程：

2022年6月30日：提交论文题目及摘要、作者简介至大会组委会邮箱 aiccc@bnu.edu.cn。

2022年7月30日：公布入选论文名单，注册会议。

2022年9月30日：将全文电子版提交至aiccc@bnu.edu.cn。

2022年10月30日：论文定稿，交付编辑、印刷。

2.邮件标题和附件命名方式：

AICCC2022+作者姓名，论文首页注明作者个人信息，内容包括：姓名、国籍、学校、学历、职称、联络方式，个人宣传照。

3.格式：

中文正文用宋5号，脚注格式（每页重新编号①），尽量无图片和参考文献。

英文请采用 “Chicago Manual of Style (16th Edition)”格式

4.如不单独声明，您的投稿（只限中文）同时被默认授权我们编辑出版。

Series of Activities for the 120th Anniversary of the Founding of Beijing Normal University:

Academy for International Communication of Chinese Culture

Invitation for the 13th Annual Meeting and the International Forum of “The Constructive Communication of Literature, Art and National Image”

Dear Mr. / Ms.

The 13th Annual Meeting of Academy for International Communication of Chinese Culture will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Beijing Normal University. We are sincerely inviting you to attend this forum to share your advice and make contribution to the international communication of Chinese culture.

I Topic and Sub-topics

The main topic of this year’s meeting is “The Constructive Communication of Literature, Art and National Image”.

A few sub-topics for reference (but not limited to):

1. The Tian Xia feelings and concern in the Chinese culture’s aesthetic interest

2. The effective communication of contemporary China’s value inclination

3. The artistic reflection of the common value pursuit of mankind

4. The literary and artistic expression of China’s revolution and Chinese spirit

5. The route for enhancing the degree of identification of the Chinese culture

Please feel free to participate in our discussion with other relevant and valuable topics based on your own areas of research.

The submitted papers will be shortlisted for our publication The Third Pole Culture or will be recommended to related academic journals.

II Date and Venue

All attendees should complete registration at the meeting hall during 8:00 am to 8:40 am, November 25, 2022. No conference fee is required. No financial support for your other expenses.

Venue: Jingshi auditorium, Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China (a room TBD)

Date: Friday, November 25, 2022

Language: Chinese and English (simultaneous interpretation provided)

III Deadline for Paper Submission and Format Requirements

1. Deadline:

Please submit title, abstract, and author’s profile to the conference organizing committee’s email: aiccc@bnu.edu.cn before June 30, 2022.

The announcement of the shortlisted papers, and the registration of the meeting, before July 30, 2022.

Please send the electronic version of your full paper to aiccc@bnu.edu.cn before September 30, 2022.

Revising, editing and printing of the papers will be finished before October 30, 2022.

2. The naming format for the email title and attached files:

AICCC2022+ author’s name. The author’s information should be written on the first page of the submitted paper, which includes: full name, nationality, affiliated university, educational background, professional title, contact information, and personal photo.

3. Format:

Papers in Chinese should be in Song typeface number 5, the footnotes’ format (each page with new number sequence ①), and figures and references are not required. Papers in English should adopt the format “Chicago Manual of Style (16th Edition)”.

4. Unless otherwise stated, we will be authorized by default to edit and publish your submitted papers (only for papers in Chinese).
